Beginners:

Learn the foundations of yoga including core yoga postures, fundamental breathing and relaxation techniques. Whether you hope to increase fitness, manage stress in your life or become more flexible in body and mind, Yoga can help you on your path to well-being. 
 
Early Energiser:
Start your day well with a positive pranic charge of life with this Early Morning Energiser! Suitable for all levels.  
 
Hatha Flow and General:
Using asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to bring the body to greater health, to bring centre to the mind and increase flow of prana, vitality and joy. All levels welcome.  
 
Mantra Meditation:
Go deeper with ancient Yoga practises and connect to an inner stillness and peace of mind. No experience necessary... A peaceful way to celebrate the day and great to combine with the 9am Hatha Flow class.
 
Vinyasa:
A fluid, dynamic class linking breath with concious movement to light your inner fire and expand potential. Develop strength and lightness, flexibility and focus, grace and stillness. Experience required.
 

  • Both studios are fully equipped and booking is not necessary 
  •  Please arrive 10 mins early before your first class
  • Please respect all other Yogis by entering the studios quietly
  • Casual $14, 5 class pass $60, 10 class pass $110, unlimited month pass $120
